Job Description :
Holly Acres, Virginia's premier marine and RV dealer, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Boat / RV Salesperson to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in boats and RVs.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our diverse inventory, including the latest models from Yamaha, Key West, Regal, and more.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor and display areas.
Requirements :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the marine or RV industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Passion for boating, RVs, and outdoor activities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
